Brad W. Tokarz is the Founder and President of Blue Iron Investigations and Security PLLC, bringing more than 16 years of high-level law enforcement experience and leadership. He currently serves as a local Police Commander on the North Shore, where he remains dedicated to protecting and strengthening the community he serves.

Throughout his career, Brad has held key roles including Sergeant and Detective, specializing in financial crimes and leading initiatives such as the Citizen’s Police Academy. These positions have shaped his expertise in investigations, risk assessment, and security operations, particularly across Chicago’s North Shore and North Side communities. He holds all required security licenses and state certifications, along with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Valparaiso University.

At Blue Iron, Brad focuses on managing key client relationships while driving strategic growth for communities in need of trusted security solutions. He values strong, handshake-driven partnerships built on clear communication and accountability, ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality service. He is proud to work alongside a team of highly skilled active and retired law enforcement professionals.

Brad is also deeply committed to community involvement. He is active with the Notre Dame College Prep Alumni Association and a member of both the Niles Optimist Club and the Polish American Police Association.
